As a late baby boomer, I read "A Multitasking Video Game Makes Old Brains Act Younger" (news article, Sept. 4) with interest. All the video tasks mentioned that help improve short- and long-term memory — swerving around cars, reading road signs, paying attention to risks while ignoring other activity in the area — are exactly the things I do every day when I ride my bike, with one difference: I also get fresh air and exercise.
